Meet Steve, aka Chef "Loco" of Loco's Tacos Catering. Although he's not Loco anymore, he's always Loco for tacos and enjoy cooking delicious, authentic food for his guests to enjoy. Cooking is a love language that he Iearned from his Grandmother Esther, who loved cooking with a passion and making sure her friends and loved ones stomachs were always happy and full of deliciousness.
Here at Loco's Tacos, we like to take catering to another level; we make the tacos, fresh, made-to-order at your event, giving your guests the best taco experience! Loco's Tacos Catering believes in serving nothing but authentic fresh and flavorful traditional Mexican cuisine. Established in 2015, we believe in keeping true to the roots of Mexican food and sharing that love and authenticity with everyone.
Only the best corn tortillas, freshly made salsas to prime grade, seasoned to perfection carne asada, juicy al pastor with pina, succulent shrimp and chicken - you can taste the quality and flavor in every bite. We offer multiple options - either on site taco bar at your event location and serve UNLIMITED street tacos to you and your guests for two hours. Or we can do a drop off service in disposable catering dishes. We bring all the plates, utensils, and napkins you and your guests might need. We always arrive one hour early for setup.
